I have been a full-time counsellor since 2010 and has worked with over 500 clients through individual and group counselling in the past 10 years.
I attained professional qualifications in dance movement therapy and verbal psychotherapy. I employ person-centred, systemic and psychodynamic approaches to understand clients in my practice. Recently, I conducted a research study about a movement-based emotional self-regulation programme for adolescents with special educational needs. Before I became a counsellor, I was a teacher in the SEN school for over 18 years.
My passion is to enhance people of various ages and abilities going through the challenges at the emotional disturbance period by helping them to increase their self-awareness and emotional regulation strategies. Therefore, they can achieve better relationships and mental wellbeing.

More About Me ...
I was born and grown up in Hong Kong. My education was attained in Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom. I like learning which becomes my lifelong activity. Learning is not only the time to enrich my knowledge, but also the moment to adventure and experience life. I am happy to help others to improve their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. As a dance movement therapist, I use movement to explore the body and the inner feelings. By this way, I will go through self-reflection and increase my self-awareness. I also enjoy being a crew on a sailing boat where I can experience teamwork and building interpersonal relationships with my crews.
