I was born in the Philippines and spent half of my life in Hong Kong. I was a servant leader for more than 15 years, serving communities of diverse culture. I am actively involved in social work for families, ethnic minority groups, and migrants in Hong Kong. I coach young professionals and guide married couples. I apply counselling to help people utilize their potentials for the benefit of oneself and the community. I use family therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to achieve psychological and spiritual growth.
