After you have successfully made the appointment on our website, you will receive an invitation email sent by your counsellor. Click into the link included in the email to download the Zoom for an online meeting with your counsellor.
You can go to (link) for the tutorial on how to set up Zoom. Then you will be able to have a video conference with your counsellor. You can either do it with your phone, tablet or computer.

Before the counselling session starts, make sure you are sitting in a quiet place with minimised possible disturbance. You would like to turn off the notification of your digital devices as well. Find a place where the lighting is optimal for video conferencing (not facing the light source nor too dark). After that, just wait for the scheduled meeting to start.
In the first session, you will have a zoom meeting with your counsellor and he/she will help you with setting up and solving any technical issues. After ensuring everything is running smoothly, your counsellor will talk to you and may ask you a few questions to know more about you and your concerns to come up with a plan to help you.
All session bookings together with online payment can be performed on the website. Client will receive an email of confirmation upon successful booking.

We are a platform that facilitates communication between clients and counsellors. We hope that through our platform, you will be able to find a counsellor to help you with your issues. We also provides you different choices to suit your situation, including online counselling session and face-to-face counselling session.
Our listed counsellors are university graduates with at least a Master’s degree in Counseling or related studies. They are registered in compliance with a professional body of their region, which details can be found on individual counsellor’s page. Counsellors may take notes during the meetings, but do not share such information without client’s consent or without sound legal or ethical justification. These notes are written and kept by the counsellor only in an anonymous manner. However, if it is assessed that you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or others, counsellors may take emergency actions such as contacting police or ambulance.
All forms of communication should be conducted within the meeting. Contacts with your counsellor should be kept minimal outside the meetings. Session booking and enquiries should be directed to Soul Glad.
We will provide technical assistance during the first counselling session to help you solve any technical problems. If there is a problem with connecting online, we will call you with your phone number provided earlier when you made the appointment.
We only need your phone number for contacting you when there is a technical problem and we can not reach out to you through Zoom. We will not provide your personal information to third parties except your counsellor.
It is not a must to show your face during the counselling session. However, we strongly suggest you doing so, as it is vital to effective communication between you and your counsellor. This will help to achieve the best effect of counselling.
We suggest that you provide your real name along with your contact information for the smooth running of the online counselling session.
As we said, as one of the advantages of online counselling is its flexibility, you can always reschedule your appointment if there is a sudden change in your schedule. All online meetings scheduled will be conducted via a software called Zoom. It is easy to set up. Your counsellor will send you an invitation email at the scheduled meeting time to the email address which you previously provided.
Open the link and the software download should automatically begin. Upon finishing download, you should be able to join the meeting immediately.
