Whatever you are going through, you came here because you have taken a huge step in recognising your need for support. Well done for getting here.
Painful experiences, losses, and unsatisfactory relationships, either triggered by normal life transitions or unexpected life events, can sometimes be so overwhelming to the point when we struggle to cope. Talking with someone who is outside our immediate circles of family and friends in such moments might inspire different insights, bring new strengths and prompt changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
I am trained to journey alongside you by providing a safe, constant and confidential space where you can simply be yourself. Our journey together will be experiential and open to possibilities. As people experience life in their unique way, I use an integrative approach by deploying a variety of methods to provide the support you need, with the underlying perspective of seeing humans as whole beings, encompassing the mind, body, emotions and spirit. As you gain more awareness of self and others, you become more able to respond rather than to react to situations and people, and eventually to create options and move beyond them. Being theologically trained, spiritual and faith issues may be explored if you so wish.
