I employ person-centred, systemic and psychodynamic approaches to understand clients in my practice. Recently, I conducted a research study about a movement-based emotional self-regulation programme for adolescents with special educational needs. Before I became a counsellor, I was a teacher in the SEN school for over 18 years.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My passion is to enhance people of various ages and abilities going through the challenges at the emotional disturbance period by helping them to increase their self-awareness and emotional regulation strategies. Therefore, they can achieve better relationships and mental
