In the recent 10 years journey of learning and application of psychodrama psychotherapy, I have developed sharpened vision and enriched acceptance in my heart towards myself and others. I am apt in communicating with children, youth and parents, with 18 years of social work experience in children and youth and mental health work, and over 10 years of clinically supervising social work and counseling colleagues. I have many years of training in Integrated Family and System Therapy and supervisory work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Child-centered Play Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My counseling experience revolves around individual, family and group therapy for children, youth and parents on emotional health, relationship and communication. I am now a freelance practitioner providing individual, family and group counseling, professional supervision, and written work related to counseling and
