Tiffany Lau

At our hardest moments, we often fall silent — not because there’s nothing to say, but because it doesn’t feel safe to. These moments often come with change, stirring up real anxiety and self-doubt, especially when decisions feel overwhelming.

Having grown up in Hong Kong, studied in England, and moved from a 15-year corporate career into counselling, I understand how much courage a season of change can ask of us — and how much can shift with the right support alongside you.

I work with young people and adults through times of change — in study, work, identity and relationships. I also support people through grief and loss. Sessions draw flexibly on Emotionally-Focused Therapy, DBT, and Schema Therapy alongside creative counselling, shaped around what each person needs — while you remain the expert in your own life.

More About Me ...

I haven’t always sat in the counsellor’s chair. I’ve been through my own struggles, and I know how lonely and helpless it is to get through dark times. That’s why I became a counsellor. What I used to fight against became valuable learning today. Healing also taught me that strength doesn’t have to be loud — sometimes it just grows quietly, from the inside.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in nature, cooking a nourishing meal, or at the potter’s wheel.
